“The world's first integrated continuous-wave silicon nano-laser — realized via non-Hermitian coupled photonic crystal cavities.”
Demonstrated through a series of works on electrically pumped on-demand transferable nanowire and microdisk light sources, the program continues with normal-mode analysis of multi-coupled non-Hermitian cavities and minimal-gain-printed silicon nanolasers.
